Vinart Web Development is a small Sacramento studio of designers, engineers, and growth practitioners. We don't separate disciplines because the work doesn't. We take on a deliberately small number of clients per quarter so that every project gets the senior attention it was sold.

Architecture before aesthetics.
Type systems, data shapes, routing — the load-bearing decisions come first. The visual layer follows the structure, not the other way around.
Performance is a feature, not a polish step.
We budget LCP, INP, and CLS in week one and enforce them in CI. A beautiful site that loads in 4 seconds is a slow site.
Write code for the maintainer who isn't you.
Narrow modules, explicit naming, no cleverness for its own sake. Your next engineer should onboard in days, not quarters.
Show the tradeoffs.
Every recommendation comes with what it costs and what it forecloses. Decisions made in the dark fail in the light.
Cut scope, ship sooner, learn faster.
We will push back on features. Smaller releases beat speculative roadmaps every single time.
Documentation is half the deliverable.
If we leave and nobody can run, deploy, or extend the system, we didn't finish the job.
